What we need, and why.
Every field on this form does a job. Nothing here is collected for marketing, and nothing is shared outside the parties that make an order work.
- Resale certificate number. Required — Georgia rules oblige us to hold a valid certificate for every trade account. We verify it against your state registry.
- Ship-to address, with the dock or suite. Liquid freight moves by LTL above roughly 40 cases, and an LTL driver needs to know where the goods go.
- A password. Only used for the reorder portal after approval. We never ask for it by phone or email.
- Nothing about payment. Terms are set at approval; card and ACH details are handled by our processor at the point of invoice, never on this form.

We review applications in the order they arrive and reply within one business day. Approval — including the resale certificate check — takes up to two business days, after which you get the full pricelist with tier breaks and live quantities on all 24 lines.

Before you apply.
Four things applicants ask most. Anything else, put it in the notes field or call the desk.
Apply anyway and put the situation in the notes field. We can hold the application open while your state issues the certificate, and approve the moment you send the number. What we cannot do is ship trade-priced goods without one on file — that is a Georgia sales-tax requirement, not a policy of ours.
No. Approval gives you access to the pricelist and the reorder portal, nothing more. There is no annual volume commitment, no slotting fee, and no charge at any point in the application. Accounts with no order in 24 months are closed, and you can reapply.
We reply within one business day and approve within two. The gap is the certificate check against your state registry — most clear the same afternoon, and applications that arrive after 4:00 PM ET are looked at the next morning.
Prepaid by card or ACH from the first order. Net 15 is available immediately against two trade references; Net 30 opens after three settled invoices and a credit check. Terms are set at approval and printed on the pricelist header, so you know before you order.
