Yes. NorthPeak Commerce sells to businesses buying for resale, and Georgia requires us to hold a valid certificate on file for every account. Send the number on the application; we verify it against your state registry during approval, which takes up to two business days.
$300 on the first order, $175 on reorders, mixed across any of the 24 lines. There is no requirement to take a full line, no annual volume commitment and no slotting fee. Freight is free over $900 and a flat $24 below that on ground shipments.
No — case pack is what leaves the dock, and the pricelist shows it beside every SKU. Case sizes in home care are small by design: a lot of our lines run 6 or 12 units, so a full case is usually two to four weeks of shelf movement for a single store.
Water-based cleaners ship with freeze indicators between December and February on routes north of the Ohio River, and gallon concentrates go out double-bagged inside the master carton. Damage or shortage claims are accepted within 10 days of delivery with photographs of the carton and the pallet label.
Yes, for anything we carry. We keep the purchase invoice, receiving date and lot code for every pallet, and we will send them before you order rather than after a problem. Every one of the 24 brands is bought from the manufacturer or its appointed US distributor.
Prepaid by card or ACH from the first order. Net 30 opens after three settled invoices and a credit check, and Net 15 is available immediately for accounts that provide two trade references. Terms are set at approval and printed on the pricelist header.
